In early 2006, outreach for the first meeting of the Hillman City Business Association (HCBA) began.  Once organized, members determined to work to improve the Hillman City business district and the district’s position in terms of receiving attention and resources from the City as well as surrounding neighborhood and business groups. 

HCBA held its first meeting March 1, 2006, elected officers in June of 2006, and we have been working diligently in these efforts since. 

HCBA is a coalition of property owners, business operators, and residents working together improving Hillman City’s business district.
